Al "Train" Dias is a man who has learned that life is often a balancing act. The actor and entrepreneur is currently costarring in the Fox network's new action comedy drama The Good Guys. about what happens when an old school cop is partnered with a modern day detective.

The series follows the adventures of former hotshot Dallas detective Dan Stark (Bradley Whitford) who portrays a washed up has been who constantly rehashes his long past glory days. Stark's new partner Jack Baily (Colin Hanks) is an ambitious no nonsense by the book detective, with a gift for making enemies. Dias costars as Big Lou. Dias recently sat down with Soul and Salsa's Kim Harris for an interview to discuss the new FOX series, among other things.

For almost six weeks, millions of barrels of oil have been spilling into the Gulf of Mexico. The cause of the rig explosion is officially unknown. Many fault the British energy company, British Petroleum (BP). Company execs and top drill hands argued for hours before officials decided to remove heavy drilling fluid from the well and replace it with lighter weight sea water. This replacement method was unable to prevent gas from surging to the surface and exploding, according to testimony at a Coast Guard hearing, Wednesday, May 26, 2010.
